After 25 years in architecture and real estate project management, Michel Gingras joined STGM as a partner in 2005, where he acts as general manager. In addition to implementing the company's growth strategies, Michel ensures its sound management and sustainability. 

He has the ability to mobilize people around large projects with a high level of complexity. Having worked on the development and management of a wide variety of construction projects, he is a versatile and efficient architect. He provides leadership to work teams through organized, clear and well communicated plans. 

Michel is also a founding member of the Quebec branch of the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC-QC) and the International Association for Preservation and its Technologies (APT Quebec).
