Anouk Boucher-Pilon joined STGM in 2006, after graduating from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She then completed a master's degree in project management in 2008. In addition to her experience with commercial and institutional clients, she has developed a solid expertise in transportation. Her involvement in the design of structuring transportation projects allows her to exercise her global vision, to shape the future of a neighborhood and to collaborate closely with all project stakeholders.

An enthusiastic team player, Anouk knows how to leverage the strengths and talents of each individual to achieve impressive goals. She is known for her ability to listen, her diplomacy and her great capacity to adapt. She was able to put these qualities to good use during her involvement in the Rapibus project in Gatineau, the REM in Montreal and more recently, the Quebec City tramway. These complex mandates involved the mobilization of project teams, collaboration with numerous professionals and stakeholders, public consultations and media presentations.
