Born into a family of builders, architecture has been an integral part of Dominique St-Gelais' life since her early years. However, it was in 2001 that she really took off by founding STGM Architects with Jean-Yves Montminy. She is a visionary and a woman of action. Her experience in architecture and project management is invaluable to STGM, where she now works full time to develop the company's activities. Dominique St-Gelais distinguishes herself by her ability to mobilize forces around large projects with a high level of complexity. Her inspirational leadership and her keen interest in the realization of quality projects have been leveraged on several major undertakings. For her, the excellence of a project is characterized by a perennial architecture that listens to the needs of the users.
