With more than 40 years of experience, Raymond is the most experienced technician at the firm. As such, he is responsible for the technical design and coordination of projects in the workshop. Healso supports on-sitemonitoring of projects by ensuring that they are carried out within projected costs and timelines. Through his collaboration with several architectural and engineering firms in the development of public, housing and industrial projects, he developedhis own expertise in estimating construction costs.
Additionally, Raymond has anexpertise in building acoustics. The extent of his work includes two music schools, in Beauport and Quebec City, as well as the creation of the Domaine Forget concert hall, in St-Irénée, in collaborationwith the scenography firm Artec of New York. Together with acoustic consultant Larry King of Jaffe Holden, Raymond coordinated the integration of multimedia and sound equipment into architectural plans as part of the project Maison de la musique, while renovating the Palais Montcalm in Quebec City.
